beforenine
For immigration lawyers

Never let a deadline slip on a pending case.

For solo and small immigration practices. BeforeNine reads your inbox, tracks the deadlines you give it, summarizes RFEs and notices, and drafts client updates — for your approval, every time. The case volume of a much bigger firm, handled before nine.

01Ask

Notices in. Plain next steps out.

It reads the actual RFE, the actual notice, the actual thread — and tells you what it’s asking for and by when.

Summarize this RFE and list exactly what evidence it’s asking for, point by point.
Draft a status update to the client on their pending I-485.
What did this NOID actually challenge — and by when?
02Automate

Deadlines you logged, never forgotten.

Say the routine once. It runs every day, and everything outbound waits for your sign-off.

Every morning, surface any response deadline or filing window I’ve logged for the next 14 days.
When a new consult inquiry lands, draft the intake response and flag it on my phone.
Friday: every case with no client contact in the last 30 days.
03App

The case tracker you meant to build.

Describe it once. BeforeNine assembles a live tracker on your home screen, pulling from your Sheet.

Build a case tracker from my Sheet: client, case type, receipt number, next deadline, last update.

Questions, answered plainly.

Can BeforeNine check case status on the USCIS website?

No — it does not log into USCIS or pull case status for you, and it won’t pretend to. It tracks the deadlines and updates you (or your inbox) give it, drafts the client communication, and keeps your case tracker current. For official status, you still check the source.

Does it give immigration legal advice?

No. When you ask about a rule or form, it looks up current sources and cites them, and it’s built to tell you to verify in the primary source rather than answer from memory. It is not legal advice and not a substitute for your judgment.

How does it help with deadlines?

You log the deadlines, or it reads them from your email and calendar, and it gives you a daily early-warning on anything due in the window you choose. It surfaces them — it does not calendar government rules for you automatically.

Does anything go to a client without my approval?

No. Every drafted email and action waits for your one-tap approval.
